Job Description:

This position will support the IS&T Software Finance team in ongoing reporting, analysis, and quarter-end close related tasks. Responsibilities of this role will include review and approval of purchase requisitions, capital budget tracking, financial data aggregation for reporting, ad hoc analysis, and assistance with quarter-end JV preparations, reconciliations, and reporting.  This person will be critical in helping to ensure that the IS&T Finance organization is operating in an organized and efficient manner and that our books are properly stated at each quarter-end.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Technical aptitude with the use of data/reporting tools such as Tableau
• Proven analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• A high degree of proficiency in Excel is required.
• Strongly prefer experience with enterprise software systems (SAP)
• “Can do” attitude and interest in taking on new responsibilities and learning new things.
• 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree. Finance or Accounting a plus.
