Global Finance & Business Management works to strategically manage capital, drive growth and efficiencies, maintain financial reporting and proactively manage risk. This role will be part of a team that provides information, analysis, and recommendations to improve results and drive decisions. Teams ensure the company can navigate all types of market conditions while protecting the fortress balance sheet.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensures accurate and timely processing and recording of invoices and purchase orders in a bid to ensure the closing of the US books appropriately.
  • Records purchase invoices in the ERP system.
  • Review purchase request forms and generate purchase orders.
  • Processes checks for payments to vendors.
  • Receives inventory and transfers of inventory between and among sales reps.
  • Assists in monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory counts.
  • Prepare annual 1099 forms.
  • Collect Form W9 from vendors and complete vendors set up in the ERP system.
  • Prepare journal entries for month-end close.
  • Assist with annual audit as necessary.
  • Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
  • Special projects as required by management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge accounting principles
  • Excellent excel skills.
  • A working knowledge of ERP systems would be a plus.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills

  • Each country has regulatory requirements which must be adhered to, which can impact individual roles within the company.
  • Understanding of individual role in achieving company quality objectives and QMS compliance
