The Sales Manager’s focus:

  • Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
  • Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them
  • Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships
  • Create and execute a sales plan that expands the customer base
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs

Job Mission/Skills/Experience:

  • Able to create new sales relationships with small/medium OEMs
  • Experience in front-end sales of technical-engineered products
  • Proven experience in generating leads and cold-calling prospective customers
  • Capability of preparing sales and business plans for new customers/new applications
  • Strong negotiation ability to finalize contracts while being in line with the company’s pricing policy
  • Demonstrated spirit of entrepreneurship to develop the branch, Excellent organizational skills, and work independently to grow the business
  • Excellent communication skills to manage a small branch and capability to work in a very dynamic, yet not fully structured environment
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  • Suggest branch set-up developments in order to support the newly acquired business
  • Define local stock and product volume variation strategy
  • Proven track record of success in the sales cycle from plan to close

  • Experience with hydraulic cartridges and integrated blocks is an added value

Required Experience:

  • 5-8 years in sales and/or technical products
  • Knowledge of the off-road vehicles market
  • Experience in the hydraulic or transmission sector
  • A technical background in hydraulics is a plus
