This position is a Part-Time position, remote with some travel into the New Braunfels office.  Must be centrally located in Texas.    This position will focus on General Ledger, Payroll, and AP/AR across a growing organization.

Essential Functions:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process. 
  • Monitor financial transactions and reports.
  • Manage & process accounts receivable and payables.
  • Reconcile Bank Accounts and Expenses
  • Comply with all Federal/State/Local taxes
  • Invoicing
  • Develop Financial Forecast/Statements
  • Collections on past-due invoices
  • Handle company’s owner other company accounting and personal accounting

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and financial data analysis. 
  • Ability to use accounting software to record, store, and analyze financial data. 
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. 
  • Able to prepare, review, and understand a financial statement.
  • Experience with State/Local Taxes
  • Experience with payroll
  • Strong experience with Quickbooks or other accounting systems.
