Overview:
This is an exciting expansion opportunity with the responsibility of developing and executing sales strategies to drive performance in line with company objectives. The Key Account Manager will focus on building relationships and driving sales within the hospitality industry. We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven candidate who excels in sales, is eager for growth, and possesses exceptional communication and people skills.
Responsibilities:
- Implement sales strategies that align with corporate goals and market opportunities.
- Manage a designated portfolio of customer accounts within a specific geographic region.
- Travel as necessary (territory and scope determined by the candidate’s experience, customer relationships, and location).
- Identify and prospect new accounts while maintaining and growing existing key accounts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with designers, procurement teams, ownership groups, and hospitality brands within the assigned region.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales teams and other departments to maximize opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience required.
- Strong background in the hospitality industry, with well-established relationships with designers, procurement firms, hospitality brands, and ownership groups.
- Proven ability to network and build professional relationships.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed.
- Proactive and knowledgeable about current trends and conditions in the hospitality sector.
